• Assisted the Ministerial appointed assessor as financial expert at 2 universities (VUT and CUT)
• Ministerial appointee as member of assessor’s team at 3 universities (DUT, TUT and MUT)
• Part of Administrator’s team at 2 universities (WSU and MUT)
• Acting CFO at 3 universities (Venda, MUT and WSU) – in all cases reversing an audit qualification into a clean audit
• Acting CFO for the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) during which period an audit disclaimer was brought to a clean audit in 1 year
• Ministerial appointee onto interim council of Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University; substantive Council member and Chair of Finance Committee
• Conducted cost saving/revenue maximisation exercises for 3 universities (DUT, Fort Hare and UKZN)
• Founding Financial Officer for Sol Plaatje University
• Wrote the financial policies for 3 new universities (Sefako Makgatho, Sol Plaatje and Mpumulanga)
